How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — popular dates can fill up 6–12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season (May–October). However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out even for upcoming events.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due prior to the event. We’ll provide all payment details once you’ve confirmed your booking.
Can you learn a song that's not on your list?
Absolutely! We love learning new music. If you have a special song in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to prepare it for your event. Custom arrangements are one of the things that make your celebration truly unique.
How much space do you need to perform?
A quartet typically needs a 10′ × 8′ area. A trio or duo needs slightly less. We’re flexible and experienced with all kinds of venues — from grand ballrooms to intimate garden ceremonies. We’ll coordinate with your venue to find the perfect spot.
Do you travel outside the tri-state area?
Our standard service area covers New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, the New York metro area, and Connecticut. For events outside this region, please contact us — we’re happy to discuss travel arrangements and any additional fees.
What happens if there's bad weather for an outdoor event?
We always recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events. We’ll work with you and your venue coordinator to ensure a smooth transition to an indoor space if needed. Our instruments are sensitive to extreme temperatures and moisture, so we may need to relocate in certain conditions.
Do you provide a sound system or amplification?
Acoustic string instruments project beautifully in most settings. For very large venues or outdoor spaces, amplification may be recommended — we can provide light amplification at no extra charge. We will discuss this during your consultation.
